1. Terms And Conditions: These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from baby2you.co.uk via this web site and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
2. Order: You can submit an order for products to baby2you.co.uk by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the send order button. All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling or euro equivalent at worldpays payment page.We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit card/ debit card payment is approved by your credit card/ debit card company.For special orders please see section 15.
3. Acceptance Of Order: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via this site.
4. Delivery: We make every effort to dispatch your order within 24hrs after ordering.Delivery is via royal mail at a cost of £2.99. Where this is not possible, we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance.All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately.you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you.If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery or service charges we have incurred.
5. Payment: We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.
6.Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
Baby2you is dedicated to offering the highest levels of customer service.All faulty or damaged items will be refunded or exchanged if returned in an unused condition, and in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.You should also include a copy of your invoice.
All Baby2You clothes are manufactured by different companies from around the world, size guides will vary from one manufacture to another and thefore a variation in size is to be expected across our range. That is why we have no size guide on our site. All goods to the best of our knowledge are fit for purpose and size.This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

In the event of a refund being given we reserve the right to charge a tiny service fee for orders that are unfulfillable due to circumstances beyond our control.[this rarely happens!].
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on goods that have been used,soiled,have an odour,are damaged,washed,cleaned or appear to have been repaired.This will be solely determined by ourselves. We cannot take responsibility for packages where postage is unpaid or is damaged in transit.Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund,credit note or exchange until the goods have been received and verified by us.
All items returned to us MUST BE in their original packing and with all labels on for re-sale.
If Customers send back to us without an authorisation number we will NOT be able to offer a refund.

7. Warranties: The products which are sold via this web site have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside the United Kingdom. The majority of products will be covered for a period of 12 months from delivery, from defects in materials and workmanship.
We will replace products free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by way of credit to your credit card or debit card account. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Emails: All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

All special orders have to be telephoned to our office on this number 01895 632440 normal opening hours apply.please allow 4-5 days for delivery from the time your order is accepted.There our no refunds or exchanges given on these items unless they are faulty or damaged.There is a small delivery charge for any items you order regardless of the size or number of them we will inform you what that fee would be.In the event that you wish to return a special order to us you MUST contact us first.
16.Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel an order that has been placed but you must inform us before the order is in dispatch.Once in dispatch you cannot cancel the order.
