Summer Dresses

Hopefully it will soon turn to the Springtime. Blossom will appear on the trees and the sun will pop his head out… It will not be too long now before the days start to feel milder, and you will be thinking about your little girls wardrobe. In the Spring and Summertime we have found that a lot of our customers like to put their daughter into a dress. It always makes them look so cute, and you can always pop a cardy over the top to keep her warm when the sun goes down.

She will have plenty of room for movement – so she can crawl around or play with her favourite toys, and if she has got to the stage where she is trying to take her first wobbly steps then again a dress is perfect. No danger of her tripping up with trousers falling or anything.

We try to purchase easy to wash and dry little dresses, ones that don’t need to much fussing over. You want them in the wash and back on baby as quickly as possible. Obviously you will have 1 0r 2 styles that are a little fancier for those special occasions when you go out and want to show her off to friends and family, but around the house an everyday dress will do.

Ours are mostly poly/cotton mixes and we hope you find are on the reasonable price side.

The new seasons materials are cotton poplin – not very friendly for mummy to look after, but will keep her cool in the warmer weather to come.
