Pregnancy Guide

There is an article today on women who suffer from moring sickness.. Any women who has experienced the wonders and downside of pregnancy and all that goes will undoubltly appreciate and sympthaize with this article.

If you are one of those one in a million women that sailed through their pregnancy with no morning sickness or other major problems then you were very very lucks.

The rest of us mere mortals will totally understand that awful first few months when you feel really really wretched before you start to show.

For the unfortunate few, this morning sickness business can last right through the pregnancy.

Some women have a labour that is nothing but being sick.

We are all so very different.

Anyway, the article was saying that if your mother suffered with morning sickness badly then chances are you will, they think it is all about genetics.

We have no control over this – some women carry wonderfully and dont even have much water, others are not so lucky.

However, there is something that we all have in common, at the end of this long long nine months (god willing!) you get to meet your son or daughter, and suddenly the last year just melts away as a distant memory when you look down and see this wonderful bundle of life that you produced.

It makes the last few months all worth while.

Then your problems really begin, as the nurses and midwives will be the very first to tell you.

Tip:  If you do suffer a lot from morning sickness, try eating some ginger biscuits or anything made from ginger, or buy some of those seasickness/travel accupunture wrist bands and wear them, a lot of people find these simple little things really do help them…….. anything for some relief!
