About Us

We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves. In this time of economic doom and gloom we strive to give you beautiful and unusual styles whilst at the same time giving you excellent value for money. All our products are machine washable, so you never have to worry about the cost of dry cleaning bills.

The other really important issue on a lot of peoples minds at the moment is the Royal Mail Strikes. We are proud to be able to tell you that we sorted out alternative arrangements so you can still place your order for the small price of £2.99 delivery and there is absolutely no disruption to our service.

This hopefully puts a smile on your faces as you can be assured we are doing everything we can to make sure that you will still receive your precious goods as usual.

We have a mission round here, and that is to give you the consumer good value for money, whilst at the same time striving to find unusual clothing for your little one.

It may be a gift for a family member or clothes for your own son or daughter but it is special to you anyway you slice it and we want to be different from everyone else out there.

There are so many shops and companies up and down the high streets and shopping centres selling baby clothes that you really have a huge selection to choose from, what is missing in our opinion is exactly what we are about.

Pretty and unusual clothes and very reasonable prices.

Bedding

Buying bedding for your baby doesn’t have to cost the earth certainly when shopping with us. We have purchased in some more upmarket lines for customers who prefer that type of thing – but on the whole we are all for value for money that is our motto round here.

Cellular blankets and flannelette sheets are the most popular line we sell. Mums and Dads have gone back to basics over the past two years or so. Gone are the days when we all have lots of money to splash about, and now customers are pulling in the strings on their purses they are not using such fancy upmarket bedding as before the recession and GCC hit.

As long as baby is comfortable, the bedding is clean and soft then that really is all that is important.

We do a wide range for you here – with lots of colours and different types of materials – so you should find something to suit both your babies nursery and your pocket.

Waterproof sheets are a must in our opinion, but apparantly we have been informed are very hard to find. We are gradually coming to the conclusion that we must be a bit old fashioned around here, or maybe it’s because these are a cheap item and other companies only want to charge customers a fortune either way they are very hard to get. Rest assured we will always be stocking them for the forseeable future.

We have cotton, flannelette, fleece, organic cotton, padded with wadding in, terry towelling, plastic, and poly/cotton and brushed which is a manmade mixture, so you see we really do cater to everyone’s needs here.

Babies Safety

This subject is of paramount importance. We would like to discuss for a moment the safety in every aspect of your baby. When you take them out and about they must travel in either their baby carrier  all strapped in or in a childs car seat ( fitted by the experts ) not done at home by husband or partner.

Always, keep the seat belt on them even as they get older and sit on a booster cushion. Never allow them to take it off whatever the emergency. They really do save lives.

When you are in the home, please fit safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, at the entrance to the kitchen so they cannot get near the oven or hobs or crawl inside the washing machine. The kitchen is fraught with dangers so please be very careful and with all the noise that can be going on with microwaves etc you may not hear them.

Guards around fireplaces if you have them. There is so much to think about we do understand but it really is worth it, their safety is paramount.

When they are in the playpen hopefully they are safe. If they are in the middle of learning to crawl and walk then you must be with them at all times.

If you have delicate ornaments around or perhaps a glass table please get rid of these for the time being.

Never allow your little one out in the garden or near the front road without supervision, because there are so many dangers them falling over, or strangers taking them off.

We do hope that after reading this article it may sound like we are a right morbid lot round here, but one of our employees in the offices has a baby and she let hers in toddle into the kitchen and then pulled boiling hot water over themselves trying to grab the handle of a pot on a hob, and it has brought it to our attention that the home is a very dangerous place for babies and toddlers and you just can’t be too careful – sorry for scaremongering you but we only have yours and babies best interests at heart.

Gift Sets

We have recently signed on the dotted line so to speak wih a new supplier in France. They manufacter to a very high standard and they are looking to get into the British market. We hope that you find them as lovely as we do. On the continent they like to make baby gifts and clothing to a very high standard. When you say a simple item like baby bootees they don’t do ordinary bootees they do really fancy one’s.

Now we understand these are not everyone’s cup of tea, but for those customers with a keen eye for both value and quality these are just to good to miss.

They tend to like brighter or you may say darker colours than we do, however, it is world wide universally excepted that pastel pink and pastel blue will always be a favourite with everyone when it comes to newborn babies.

We have been looking for awhile to find something that is a little more unusual, and now we have found it we are finally satisfied, and we hope you will be when you see them in the flesh.

We have Penguins, Lions, Angels, Bears, and lots of different styles in the animal line for you to choose from, we think there is something for everyone within our collection.
