T. Shirts

Now that summer  is well and truely here and we are all sweltering in a heat wave, most of you will be buying your little one their summer holiday clothes and general bits and bobs for the rest of the summer that lies ahead.

This year we decided to go in for value packs of t. shirts. They range from Newborn – 2 yrs old and we also have a whole lot of Disney Licensed ones. These are the genuine article. We have all the latest colours and styles available from Bolt the Dog which is at your local cinema now to Kung Fu Panda and of course Winnie the Pooh that is popular all year round.

We have every colour under the sun, from red, to blue, to grey and yellow to golden to pink,cream or even green.

These are top quality products which are bound around the neck with tape which means they are manufactured by a reputable british company and unlike many other cheap tee shirts when you wash them they will not shrink and you will get a lot of wear value out of these. They really are upto the minute fashion combined with great value.

Hooded Towels

Hooded Towels for your little one are a fantastic idea. All new mums and dads have them nowadays. Obviously they are made from pure cotton 100% towelling. They soak up water like a sponge. They come in every colour and designs imaginable. These are a very popular line item here with us.

Lots of our customers tell us that they have a lot of trouble in finding them in the high street especially at such a reasonable price.

We prefer to keep our style and colour choices on the subtle and baby baby side. We are not really keen on bright and loud colours and styles.

Being hooded when you get your baby out of the bath tub, you can lay them gently on the hooded towel and dry their hair. This is a very practical idea and also helps to keep babies body temperature up.

You can swaddle them up in the hooded towel and even keep them in that to feed them.

We have also found a very good english company that produces hooded towels for your little one but they are made of poly/cotton. They look more like a blanket but act and are a hooded towel.

They are for babies with a more sensitive skin.

Hats

This category comes in our idea of a basic item for your baby. From the time of birth for at least the first year you will need a little cotton hat. In the summertime you will need a sunhat at all times, even on dark overcast cloudy days the harmful effects of the sun can still be found, and in the wintertime you will need a nice warm hat when they go out to keep their little heads warm.

When they are first born you should put a little cotton hat on them at all times. We all lose our body heat out of our heads, even adults, and babies are particularly vulnerable. A little beanie hat anything really so long as their head is protected.

We keep a wide selection of cotton pull – on hats for your little one, cute one’s with a frog on, little cupcakes for the girls or little zoo animals for the boys.

We like to stock a wide variety something for everyone we feel. If you give them a gentle cool wash and line dry them a quick press with the iron and they should last an average of 3 months.

You will probably find most gift sets that you are given will contain at least 1 hat. The reason for this is that you are going to find you need quite a few for the first few months of your precious little bundles life.

Socks

These come in our range of baby basic items. We sell a huge amount of socks every week. We start from Newborn right through to 2 yrs old. We have some really great value offers. Bright and colourful, fun, novelty or just cute. Pastel colours or just plain white or cream the choice is entirely yours.

Every little baby will need quite a few of these to start with. The favourite thing is for them to try and pull them off, we have all had to try and deal with that one, but due to the amount of lyrca in socks these days, hopefully they stay on just that little bit longer than years ago.

All our socks are cotton based, so unfortunately shrinkage in the wash is inevitable, but on a low wash and line dry with a quick press to help bring back the size they should last quite a while.

Socks for little centipedes we always say round here. Nearly every order that comes our way contains socks or bootees.

We have received thousands of compliments over the years about how unusual and cute our styles are – and for that we thank you.

As you can imagine, socks are literally two a penny out there with our suppliers, but we are very fussy. We totally understand that your baby is special, unique and you want only the very best for them, without bankrupting yourself. At the same time you do not want them to be wearing the same thing as everyone else’s little one.

That is why we go the ends of the earth for you to try and find rather unusual styles and designs still affordable for your pocket.
