It is so important for all of us to keep our heads warm – as we lose over 70% of our body heat out from our heads – genuine fact!

That is why it is essential in babies. You must remember to keep their extremeties warm. That means their hands, feet and head……….

Of course, this is far more important when we are in the middle of the winter but it can be just as important on a cool or wet summers day, silly little things like this can be overlooked by many new mums and dads.
