We pride ourselves on our level of service. When we say we will dispatch within 24 hours we mean it. Most of our customers receive their orders either 1 or 2 days after they placed their order.

If there is ever a problem ( these are rare but of course do happen ) then we rectify the situation immediately to the each customers personal satisfaction.

We do a Gift Wrapping service for a nominal charge and monogramming as well.

We decided right at the beginning of our business venture that we would only be selling babies clothes – but as most business go we have expanded over the years into other areas.

We have been complimented hundreds of times for the quality of the items that we sell, combined with price factor. Most of our regulars know only to well how fast with delivery we are and how good the quality of the clothing is that we have.

We like to offer you a choice of the basics, seasonal clothing and then underwear and gifts. So you have quite a range of items all in stock ready and waiting for you.

A lot of our competitors show you products on their website or catalogue and then when you decide what you want they tell you that they will order them in for you – which we personally find quite disappointing.

With us everything that you see is available. It just needs someone to pick and pack it and leave it in it’s cubby hole ready for Royal Mail to come and pick it up.

Although we have always stayed with clothing we are hoping to branch out into babies equipment and hardware this year. We know the economy and our customers are struggling at the moment as we have just had Christmas time and all the bills are landing on the mat.

We are hoping to implement these changes by the summer months when you have all had a chance to re-coup a bit from last year and from Xmas.

We are completely independant from other companies and sell only clothing and toys from Newborn to 2 yrs old and we are planning to stay that way.

We have no plans at this time to sell babies equipment – the only time we would change our minds is if you the british public asked us to add these sort of items to our online shop.

Our prices are kept permanently low – we understand you havn’t got money to burn on babies and children -  the bills are landing on the mat all the time we do understand that here. We are all the same with demands on our wage packet before we even get it!!

We will never sell in our sales items we have just bought in for the sake of it – they will always be items that were sold full price before the sale.

Our postal charge has only ever gone up once in all these years from £2.50 to £2.99 which is very little.

Obviously we are here to make money – but not by bankrupting the customer that is just not how we work.

We still have lots more items to add but as you can see we have made a good stab at it so far. We have already included winter snowsuits, winter dresses, tights, hats, dolls, sleeping bags, comfort blankets, blankets for both pram and cot, knitwear, gift sets and tons more so you see we have been really busy little bees recently and now you can see them all and buy whatever takes your fancy that your baby needs.

We still have sleepsuits and our main winter wear to add but rome wasn’t built in a day and we are only a small company so it takes some time but we are confident that we will get there. You should see the cartons we have to work through they are stacked to the ceiling but we will not be deterred and we will soldier on no matter what so don’t fret we will get all the stock on before winter sets in!

Our poor little fingers may be stumps by then but we will get the job finished.

We pride ourselves on advertising exactly what we fulfull. If we say your order will go out in 24hours then you can trust in the fact that it really will.

If you require first class postage then you can choose this, or maybe your need is more urgent than that. We have several delivery options listed for you and you choose which one suits your requirements the most.

As regards to the photos on the site, we aim to do our best to show you exactly what each item looks like, but we always give a comprehensive description next to the item anyway so you have the best of both world.

We are a small independant company, but sometimes we can compete with the biggest boys out ther and even end up beating them.

If you place an order from say Harrods your delivery charge will not be £2.99 and they will not be offering you a quick get out the door option-not for any amount of money.

You will probably find that you are waiting 2 – 3 weeks before you even see the item in question. Whereas with us, it will be with you usually in 2 working days.
