About Ourselves
We have been going now in this industry for over eight years which is a very long time in this business. We have so many loyal and valuable customers that we are proud to be able to say.
We are repeatedly told how very reasonably priced our clothing and items are and so many new customers are surprised by the quality of the goods when they receive them.
Our service is fast and reliable – why other companies moan about Royal Mail we have no idea – as when they are dealing with us they seem to be very good indeed. We cannot praise them enough!

We give points on most purchases and you can redeem these as you build them up which is always a good incentive to use a company plus we offer every customer even if you have only used us once 10% off any order placed on their birthday.
Now that cannot be bad can it. We do gift wrapping for you and monogramming as well so you can tell right away that we are a company that cares.

We are a totally independant company and we do not have any shops in the high street. We are completely an online shop only.
We pride ourselves on our level of service. When we say we will dispatch within 24 hours we mean it. Most of our customers receive their orders either 1 or 2 days after they placed their order.
If there is ever a problem ( these are rare but of course do happen ) then we rectify the situation immediately to the each customers personal satisfaction.
Our motto is simple. The customer is always right. We are here to serve you. Rather an old fashioned way of looking at things but it works.
We have been trading now for over 8 yrs so that must say something.
We promise to keep the price as low as is humanly possible for you – but we keep on upping the quality.
We do a Gift Wrapping service for a nominal charge and monogramming as well.

These little personal touches are what we are all about. The big companies out there have some truely lovely items but the price goes up as well, you have to go and trudge round the shops and use petrol or go by public transport to get there and baby will not be a happy bunny doing all this.

We decided right at the beginning of our business venture that we would only be selling babies clothes – but as most business go we have expanded over the years into other areas.
We have been complimented hundreds of times for the quality of the items that we sell, combined with price factor. Most of our regulars know only to well how fast with delivery we are and how good the quality of the clothing is that we have.
We like to offer you a choice of the basics, seasonal clothing and then underwear and gifts. So you have quite a range of items all in stock ready and waiting for you.
A lot of our competitors show you products on their website or catalogue and then when you decide what you want they tell you that they will order them in for you – which we personally find quite disappointing.
With us everything that you see is available. It just needs someone to pick and pack it and leave it in it’s cubby hole ready for Royal Mail to come and pick it up.

We have been around now for eight years which is a long time on the web and we are very experienced at understanding babies and your needs.
Although we have always stayed with clothing we are hoping to branch out into babies equipment and hardware this year. We know the economy and our customers are struggling at the moment as we have just had Christmas time and all the bills are landing on the mat.
