About Ourselves
We would like to take a moment of your time ro tell you a little bit about us and what you can expect when dealing with ourselves.
Firstly we have been going for nearly 7 years now and we have had so much fun in serving you… we have also learnt a massive amount. Boy did we make some mistakes when we first started, as everyone does i suppose.
Now we are pretty expert at this game.
You are never charged high fancy prices. We do not sell designer clothes – our market aim is the average mum and dad with point 2 children and maybe a dog or cat. Just the sort of people that we are – average, normal, hard working.
When we say we dispatch in 1 day that is exactly what we do – we pick, pack and Royal Mail collect from us everyday throughout the week so every order goes out within 24 hours.
We keep all items that you see on our shop in our warehouse – we never order them in, so they are here ready for you, they just need to be picked.
We pride ourselves that although we are in the grand scheme of things only small, we can beat the big boys on how quickly we can get things sent out.
If you order from Jonh Lewis, or Marks or even Harrods we can beat their dispatch times – and that is our GUARANTEE!!!!
We do exactly what we claim to do.
Our prices are very competitive.
We do a very personal service to all our customers.
No order is too big or too small. You are all very important to us.
We do a Monogramming service, we will Gift Wrap any order and send it anywhere you want in Europe or Ireland.
All for only £2.99 which we think is fair in this day and age.
All our employees are like family to us – and we all work very hard round here to make sure we give you the public the service that we say we will, with lovely products for any baby to wear.
We will discribe and photo and tell you what each item is made of and nearly 99% of everything we sell is machine washable, we do not believe in all this Dry Cleaning business, all that does is eat up your money in a different way, and we understand just how important finances are for everyone at the moment!
If you are looking for something and don’t see it – then just ask, because we can probably get it for you…

We are encouraging any past or present customers to give us their opinion on firstly if you are happy with our online shop, and secondly are there any particular items that you want to see us sell that we do not currently sell.

It is essential that every company in the world keeps upto date with the products that they sell and that they know and understand exactly what their customers needs and requirements are. You cannot just sit still in this world and do nothing – it is work work work.

About Ourselves
We are busy here re-thinking about the types of products that we have on offer to you the customer. We are contemplating moving into several other areas as well as clothing.
What we are looking for is for your comments or input – this would be greatly appreciated.
We are thinking about two new areas.
1. Food.
2. Equipment.
With regards to No. 1 Food we would be able to deliver this as many times a week as you wanted – just like your local supermarkets do.
What we need to ask is would this be something that would be of interest – or do you prefer going to the supermarkets all the time. When you answer this question, please take the time to remember the depths of the winter months, especially if you live in a remote area of the country.
We would like to purchase an entire range of products – probably organic for your baby. Would this be something that would be of interest and if so please drop us a line to let us know. Thank you.
If you live in the Middlesex or Greater London area we can arrange a local delivery service to your door for you on a regular basis. Again – if this is of interest please do let us know.

We would like to keep you informed and upto date with things going on around here.
We have dozens of requests to stock different items, and it looks like we are finally caving in.
One of the very first things on our agenda is to team up with a really good manufacturer and have our own range of products made for us exclusively!
Now that we have been in this business for quite a few years it is normal that you would gain a lot of knowledge about the items that you are selling – and we surely have done that…..
So now that we have a great sound idea of the sort of fabrics and quality we want all we have to do now is find a manufacturer that comes up to our high specifications, now how diffficult can this be – I’m sure we will find out.
Like most things in life, some manufacturers that we deal with are generous with their sizes and some are not, we intend to be very generous as we have come tot the conclusion from speaking to you the customer that nowadays their are more average to larger size babies being born than small ones, so it goes without saying that size really does matter in this instance.
We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us – and more importantly than that we want baby to be happy and comfortable – after all that is what it all comes down to in the end …….. your babies comfort.
So hopefully by the end of this year you will be in for a pleasant surprise.
