Looking after both you and your family is a full time job as any women knows. In this harsh world at the moment finances are crucial for everyone. We would like to encourage everyone to remember to take a little time out for themselves. Relax, unwind, make sure you get plenty of fresh air and eat properly, of course this means your little one as well.

It is so easy to go round the supermarket and grab cheap bargains and shops own brands to save the cost, not realising that you are dicing with your family health at the same time.

With regards to your baby we highly recomment that you purchase only the finest branded names. Make sure you give them fresh juice to drink as well as milk in the first few months. When they start on solids, and as they get older try to encourage fresh fruit ( we know some babies Hate this – but it really is necessary for them and fresh veg… ) we do understand that no child will eat their greens, but these sort of foods are vital in the early growing and developmental stages!

We urge you not to lose sight of how important both yours and your family diet it. As the saying goes You  are whaty you eat, and this is so very true.

In the poorer countries where there diet is restricted you will find famine and disease this is because as humans we all need good clean fresh water and a balanced diet.

We do not advise the use of vitamins – if you are getting the right kind of foods to eat you should not need them.
